“Materiality” means the relevance of an issue for an organization and its stakeholders: through the application of this analysis it is possible to identify the most strategically important issues on which to develop the communication actions. This issues have significant impact on the economic, environmental and social performances and are considered relevant on the basis of the perception of stakeholders. The materiality analysis also allows the development of a sustainability report by applying the latest standards of reporting (GRI-G4).
