Lego® Serious Play® (LSP) is a methodology helping people to think, share ideas, build teams, solve problems and define business strategies. It starts a collaborative process regardless of the role and the skills of the participants. The sharing of objectives is the key factor that allows team building and acts as a motivational factor both on the individual and the whole group. A LSP workshop, both for the dynamics between participants, and for the way in which areas of the brain are activated through the manipulation of bricks, can also develop innovative ideas, new connections, stimulating creativity.
